If you just want your BT marker to have a good clean and service the Just Paintball Service Check is the service for your marker. While we have your marker we will give it a service where old O-rings and seals are changed (full list below). Once we are done your marker will be like new and returned to you ready for the field.
With our Just Paintball Service, we offer two delivery options: the first being a fully insured delivery, the second being you can drop it off at an event that we are attending and deliver it back to you fully insured.

*NOTE: Once purchased please fill out our service form above and enclose it with your marker. Markers sent into us should be cleaned of excess dirt and paint beforehand unless a cleaning service has been added. If there is no cleaning service added, your marker will only be cleaned internally, for example, barrels and the outer body of the marker will not be cleaned.

Orders are sent with a courier who will deliver between 9am and 6pm. When selecting standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery on orders going to the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland because of the high delivery costs we are charged.
Please note that paintballs are fragile and occasionally damage can occur in transit. We advise that you check all packages on receipt and notify the delivery driver of any damage. Failure to inspect on arrival and note damage on the delivery documents will prevent us from being able to do anything to assist.
If you would like your order faster but don’t want to pay for next day delivery then we also offer priority shipping (2-3 working days) at £3.95.

Please note next working day delivery does not include Saturdays. For Saturday delivery choose guaranteed Saturday delivery (£19.95) at checkout. This option will only be available to you after 4pm Thursday. All next working day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Next day delivery to the Highlands and Islands will take 2-3 days.

Although we are working to strict safety guidelines and on reduced staffing, we are still taking and shipping orders. All orders are shipped by courier and our processing and shipping times are currently on time. Please bear with us if you are sending an email as we cannot guarantee our normal 2-3hr response time at the moment although we are operating an Online Chat system during working hours.
We will always try to send your order within 24 hours but this isn’t always possible and we ask you to please allow 5 working days from placing your order before getting in touch if you have selected a free service. International orders are generally delivered in 7 to 10 working days although this cannot be guaranteed. If stock is not available we will contact you to let you know a delivery date.
We will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped on time and on the best possible service. From time to time we are let down by couriers, bad weather and unforeseeable delays. Your order will still have been sent on the fastest service possible and at the relevant cost and so we are unable to refund delivery charges on these occasions.
If you're ordering goods for Christmas, you have an extended length of time to return any goods that don't fit.
Anything purchased as a Christmas present in December will have an extended returns period of 28 days after 25th December, so you'd have until 23rd January to return any goods for refund or exchange.
The only condition is that goods must be unused / unworn and returned in original packaging.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, continue to checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will always be asked to pay for your order at the time of placing the order and the final Place Order button is your acknowledgement that you have agreed to and are happy with these terms of service. If you have any queries regarding an order you are yet to make then please contact us prior to placing the order. If you have any queries regarding an order you have already made, please contact us with your order reference number to hand.
These items are classes as Realistic Imitation Firearms and you MUST be over the age of 18 to complete your purchase. Paintball markers are only to be used at a designated paintball venue where third-party liability insurance is in place. Only frangible rounds (paintballs) are allowed to be fired with a paintball marker, any misuse or use of other type of balls will result in your paintball maker becoming a firearm.
Junior Paintball Markers
Low impact spring-powered shotguns are exempt from any firearms laws as the power is under 1 Joule, therefore reusable balls are permitted for use. Please remember suitable eye protection MUST be worn at all times during use.
If you are purchasing a single-colour airsoft marker you will be contacted after making your purchase to confirm you are a member of a relevant airsoft club / organisation. We cannot ship non-two-tone airsoft guns to non-airsoft club members. If you're not a member of a relevant organisation you will only be able to purchase two tone guns,
All orders for mainland UK are delivered free of charge if over £50 in value!! Unfortunately we are unable to send orders free of charge to Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland because of the high delivery costs we are charged. Orders are sent either by guaranteed Royal Mail or with a courier who will deliver between 9am and 6pm. If you require priority next day delivery please ask and we will upgrade you to a next day for only £7.95 (2-3 day in Ireland and the Highlands and Islands). We also offer a standard delivery service for £3.95 available on all orders. Please note next day service does not include Saturdays which can be arranged but are more expensive. All next day orders requested on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note co2 and air bottles are shipped empty as these cannot be sent by courier pre-filled. If you order disposable pre-filled airsource bottles these will be sent filled but can only be sent on a road service so may take an extra day to reach you.
Free delivery is only available on pyrotechnic orders over £100 due to the specialist delivery requirements. Standard pyrotechnic delivery is charged at £6.95 per shipment, (not per item). From time to time we might not be able to ship within the suggested time frame and would contact you to let you know.
You must be over 18 to purchase pyrotechnics and you will be asked to verify this before purchasing. Please ensure you always read the instructions before attempting to use any pyrotechnics as any incorrect use may result in the product not working as anticipated and we cannot offer a refund on these in the event that they do not go off as we cannot verify how they have been used or stored. It is very rare that a pryotechnic would not work as advertised unless it has been used incorrectly and so it is vital to read the instructions prior to use.
Just Paintball do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

If you are at all unhappy with any product please get in touch with us by completing our Returns Contact Form and we will explain exactly what to do with your product. A refund will be granted for all goods returned unused and in their original packaging.
It is essential that you contact us prior to returning any product so we can discuss with you the best and most secure way to return goods to us. We cannot guarantee your postage costs will be refunded if you do not contact us in advance. When returning/exchanging a product please include a copy of the original invoice/contact details so we can speed up the process.
Please note that paintballs cannot be returned as these are temperature dependant consumable products and we cannot re-sell them.
We accept returns on mail order items (excluding paintballs) within 14 days of purchase date and 21 days for products bought in store. Please be aware that whilst every effort is made to process refunds as fast as possible, please do allow up to 14 working days for refunded payments to show in your bank account as different banks offer different processing times on this service. Please contact us to confirm details before returning any product to the store.
Under new Distance Selling regulations that came into enforce in June 2014, you have 14 days within which to return your product. Your order must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition. You would be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of your order. We cannot accept any returns for goods that have been used / opened. Any cancellation of an order that has been placed and paid for at the time of placing the order but where the order has not yet been shipped must be made initially by telephone and then confirmed in writing by the person who made the order. Any cancellation of an order that has been placed and paid for at the time of placing the order but where the order has already been cancelled must be made in writing whereby a confirmation will be sent and full instructions for returning the item / order. You will not be reimbursed any postage for returning an order that has been correctly shipped.
For items purchased specifically as Christmas presents the returns policy is extended so that you have 28 days from 25th December to return any products so long as they are returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Marker / Equipment Servicing
We have fully trained technicians and are pleased to offer marker and equipment servicing. Our servicing charges are detailed on the Tech Help section of our website. You will always be notified in advance of the costs associated with fixing your equipment and given the option to proceed with the service or have your goods returned to you. Should we proceed with a service on your instruction you would be expected to pay for the service work within 7-10 working days. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safe-keeping of your marker while in our possession or that of our designated couriers, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind. Should you not make payment within a reasonable time frame, (specifically no later than 90 days), we reserve the right to sell your equipment to recover the costs of the repair work. We will always contact you before making any decision to do this.
Just Paintball will endeavour to fulfil your order and supply your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. That said, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time should we be unable to delivery any / all of the items on the order. No liability will be given for any losses resulting from cancelled orders or late deliveries ... although anything like that is very unusual :)
