Covid 19 has caused unprecedented loss and uncertainty on a global level.
In line with government guidelines we have now re-opened our store to customers via appointment only.
As an online business we are allowed to continue to trade and all orders are being processed as normal. Our fantastic courier partners are collecting and delivering daily so we are shipping to our current timescales. There are occasional hold-ups receiving product from our overseas suppliers which is causing delays to some shipments but this is improving as global supply lines start to re-open and so we are largely unaffected.
At present our situation is:
Retail store is open to retail / trade customers via appointment only however social distancing rules remain in place and face coverings must be worn at all times.
We will still be asking for masks to be worn after 19th July.
Online sales are processing as normal
Trade orders are processing as normal

We are accepting returns but, according to government guidelines, these must be quarantined for 72 hours so please allow for this when returning any goods for refund or replacement.
