DESCRIPTION: Dragon's Lair Paintball is a UKPSF (UK Paintball Sports Federation) accredited site, purpose built in over 40 acres of woodland at Kelvendon Hatch near Brentwood, close to Junction 28 of the M25 and is the premier paintball site in Essex. Dragon's Lair is a family owned and operated business and have been operating since 1987 and were the 3rd site in the country to open, giving us the experience and knowledge that no other site can match. Paintball is currently one of the fastest growing sports in Europe, scenario based and adrenaline charged, it is day you will enjoy. Not only is it great for team building and an ideal corporate activity - not only that it is also an excellent day out. At Dragon's Lair Paintball we can cater for corporates, stag parties, individuals and also offer special packages for younger players although we do ask that parental permission is obtained and that participants are a minimum age of 12 years old and accompanied by an adult.

Dragon's Lair Paintball is a family run business, established in 1987 and located on the site of the Secret Nuclear Bunker in Kelvedon Hatch, near Brentwood in Essex (close to Junction 28 of the M25). The site is easy to find and is clearly signposted from the road. We pride ourselves in giving you a fun and enjoyable day, after all paintball is fun and everyone at Dragon's Lair Paintball is committed to ensuring that you have a safe and fun experience playing paintball. Our team of marshalls will ensure that safety procedures are followed throughout the day and will also help you with your gameplay and tactics.

You'll play non-stop action packed games on fields including Woodland, Barricades, Pyramid and Village, giving a choice from simple attack and defend to capture the flag. A Take over the Bridge is coming soon. When you need a break, you can rest in our large covered base camp discussing strategy for the next game with a nice cup of free tea or coffee. trained marshals will explain the games and are with you throughout the day to give you an experience you'll never forget. So even if you've never played before, you'll have a day you'll want to repeat - again and again! At lunch time we will serve you a fresh baked baguette freshly made at the Secret Nuclear Bunker and if you're in need of some sweet stuff we can help there too. Soft drinks and other snacks are available at an extra cost. The Dragon's Lair has ladies and gents toilets, ladies changing room, sheltered staging areas.

Games are played with two teams firing non-staining, biodegradable paint balls, which burst on impact. When you're hit, you're eliminated from that game. The games played vary from conquer the enemy HQ to seek & find, from the flag game to hold the fort. Throughout the whole day our trained marshals will adjudicate and ensure you play safely at all times. Paintball, like any other extreme sport, has safety concerns which are fully addressed by Dragon's Lair Paint Ball. All our marshals are trained in first aid. At the start of the day, safety procedures will be explained, with a demonstration of what a paint ball is capable of doing. Throughout the day, the marshals ensure that safety regulations are adhered to. We supply all the equipment you'll need.
