Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo - we do not accept VISA ELECTRON. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
All orders for mainland UK are delivered free of charge. This excludes N.Ireland and the Islands. Orders are sent either by guaranteed Royal Mail or with a guaranteed next day delivery courier who will deliver between 9am and 5pm.

Please note that paintballs are fragile and occasionally damage can occur in transit. We advise that you check all packages on receipt and notify the delivery driver of any damage.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will try to send your order within 24 hours but please allow 5 to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 to 14 days although these times cannot be guaranteed.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
